蘭州工業(yè)學(xué)院為主動(dòng)適應(yīng)區(qū)域、行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,及時(shí)跟蹤甘肅省支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)、重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)、新興產(chǎn)業(yè)需求的變化,靈活調(diào)整和設(shè)置專業(yè)。立足裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)、信息產(chǎn)業(yè)和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)行業(yè),主動(dòng)服務(wù)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)、有色冶金產(chǎn)業(yè)、能源和新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)、戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè),根據(jù)辦學(xué)規(guī)模,構(gòu)建“大類專業(yè)、柔性方向”專業(yè)平臺(tái)。
1.2 三級(jí)建設(shè)
“三級(jí)建設(shè)”即學(xué)校以“一個(gè)平臺(tái)”指導(dǎo)電子信息學(xué)科建設(shè),系主任為直接責(zé)任人;系部以“九字方案”實(shí)施電子信息類專業(yè)建設(shè),直接責(zé)任人為教研室主任;教研室以“精品課程”開展電子信息類課程建設(shè),直接責(zé)任人為課程負(fù)責(zé)人,從而形成學(xué)校建學(xué)科、系部建專業(yè)和教研室建課程的校、系、教研室三級(jí)建設(shè)體系,如表1所示。
1.3 九字方案
“九字方案”即“大平臺(tái)、主方向、小崗位”,“九字方案”人才培養(yǎng)模式如圖1所示?!按笃脚_(tái)”是指“以電子為基礎(chǔ),通信為手段,信息處理為目標(biāo)”構(gòu)建電子信息類人才培養(yǎng)方案,確保畢業(yè)生具備電子信息領(lǐng)域的基本理論與技術(shù),具有良好的素養(yǎng)、較強(qiáng)的崗位遷移能力和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,以便迅速適應(yīng)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)市場的需求;“主方向”是指設(shè)計(jì)合理的理論、實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,在有限的時(shí)間內(nèi)使電子信息類畢業(yè)生具備基本的電子、通信、信息處理技術(shù)及明晰的專業(yè)知識(shí)體系與專業(yè)技能結(jié)構(gòu),成為電子信息某領(lǐng)域(如電子信息工程、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程、嵌入式應(yīng)用、智能電子、通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程、移動(dòng)通信等)的高技能人才;“小崗位”是指電子信息類專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)針對(duì)電子信息領(lǐng)域的崗位群設(shè)計(jì)課程體系和各個(gè)實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練環(huán)節(jié),實(shí)現(xiàn)校企“零距離”,為電子信息類畢業(yè)生就業(yè)掃清障礙。
為了使學(xué)生更好地適應(yīng)今后的工作崗位要求,在日常教學(xué)、實(shí)訓(xùn)和管理中始終貫穿企業(yè)化的思維方式,注重專業(yè)知識(shí)、操作能力和職業(yè)觀念的整體培養(yǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)教育管理企業(yè)化、專業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目化、知識(shí)拓展前沿化、素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)職業(yè)化。
1)教育管理企業(yè)化:采用小組化的實(shí)訓(xùn)方式,模擬企業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的過程完成實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目,在知識(shí)和技能學(xué)習(xí)的同時(shí),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)和協(xié)作精神,以適用今后的職業(yè)環(huán)境。
2)專業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目化:在實(shí)訓(xùn)過程中,安排多個(gè)相互關(guān)聯(lián)的實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目,并按照實(shí)際工程的要求和操作步驟完成,形成完整的項(xiàng)目化的實(shí)訓(xùn)體系。
3)知識(shí)拓展前沿化:要使學(xué)生在未來的職業(yè)發(fā)展中有所建樹,不僅需要教授實(shí)用的技術(shù),更要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)和掌握知識(shí)的能力,讓學(xué)生具備自我發(fā)展和自我創(chuàng)新的能力。定期安排相應(yīng)行業(yè)的技術(shù)專家到校進(jìn)行專題講座,拓展學(xué)生的知識(shí)面。
4)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)職業(yè)化:在專業(yè)技術(shù)教育的同時(shí),安排綜合素質(zhì)教育的內(nèi)容,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的溝通交流能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力、創(chuàng)新能力等綜合職業(yè)素質(zhì)。
2 構(gòu)建特色課程體系和實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,突出實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)
2.1 重構(gòu)課程體系
采取“工作過程”、“行動(dòng)領(lǐng)域”、“學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域”、“能力要求”四步走的課程體系構(gòu)建模式,見圖2。
以具體崗位模型和工作過程要求為依據(jù),提出“創(chuàng)新、綜合、實(shí)踐、特色”的教學(xué)理念,重構(gòu)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域課程內(nèi)容。
1)按教學(xué)方式“分清”教學(xué)大綱中“教”與“學(xué)”的內(nèi)容。理出“最基本”、“必須”、“不得不講”的內(nèi)容(課堂學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容);找到自學(xué)即可解決的“閱讀內(nèi)容”(課外學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容);分清討論研究解決的內(nèi)容(探究式學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容);發(fā)現(xiàn)可“探索的內(nèi)容”(拓展性學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容)。
2)以電子產(chǎn)品輔助設(shè)計(jì)、電子產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)與設(shè)備維護(hù)、通信系統(tǒng)工程實(shí)施、嵌入式產(chǎn)品軟件編程、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程、電子設(shè)備營銷與技術(shù)支持等崗位模型和具體工作過程的要求為依據(jù)[6],以突出職業(yè)能力、注重職業(yè)素質(zhì)為目的,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域課程內(nèi)容的重構(gòu)[7]。
2.2 實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系構(gòu)建
形成“典型項(xiàng)目引導(dǎo)、真實(shí)任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)、以學(xué)生為主體、以教師為主導(dǎo)”的教學(xué)方法,促進(jìn)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的職業(yè)化與崗位化,促進(jìn)“教、學(xué)、做”相結(jié)合的“理實(shí)一體化”教學(xué)模式的應(yīng)用,促進(jìn)教學(xué)改革的進(jìn)一步深化,積累一批與專業(yè)核心能力和職業(yè)崗位相關(guān)的“工學(xué)結(jié)合”型實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目。根據(jù)電子信息類專業(yè)學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)規(guī)格與市場需求,分“五階段、三層次、一認(rèn)證”設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié),如表2所示。
除第一階段外,每個(gè)階段分三個(gè)層次進(jìn)行,充分體現(xiàn)因材施教、量力而行的教學(xué)原則,讓每一個(gè)學(xué)生都能成才。第一層次是技能訓(xùn)練的最低要求,主要是面向?qū)W習(xí)基礎(chǔ)較差的學(xué)生,使其通過模仿練習(xí),理解基本知識(shí),掌握基本技能,激發(fā)其學(xué)習(xí)熱情和興趣;第二層次是中級(jí)訓(xùn)練,面向中間學(xué)生,通過模仿獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)各個(gè)實(shí)踐過程,激發(fā)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識(shí),增強(qiáng)動(dòng)手能力;第三層次是高級(jí)訓(xùn)練,它面向?qū)W有余力的優(yōu)秀學(xué)生,培養(yǎng)其創(chuàng)新精神和動(dòng)手能力。
3 教學(xué)與科研、工程應(yīng)用及社會(huì)實(shí)踐結(jié)合
以學(xué)科競賽和課外科技作品競賽為途徑,提高學(xué)生實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新能力。提出“點(diǎn)面結(jié)合、層級(jí)遞進(jìn)、以賽促教、以賽促學(xué)”的培養(yǎng)方法,構(gòu)建技能競賽與培養(yǎng)方案銜接、競賽項(xiàng)目與教學(xué)內(nèi)容相融、競賽活動(dòng)與教學(xué)改革互動(dòng)的賽教結(jié)合培養(yǎng)模式,開發(fā)創(chuàng)新訓(xùn)練特色課程。以全國職業(yè)技能大賽等各種競賽為切入點(diǎn),將電子信息綜合實(shí)踐平臺(tái)變?yōu)榇髮W(xué)生創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的孵化基地,促使大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)規(guī)范化、
系統(tǒng)化和普及化。
依托智能電子研究所、資源環(huán)境信息化工程中心和移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用研究中心,以大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐基地、校外實(shí)習(xí)基地為學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)基地,以教師科研課題、“創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目和各種專業(yè)競賽為教學(xué)形式,借以產(chǎn)學(xué)研的結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神及創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)[8]。突破目前“校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合”的體制性束縛,較好地解決“工學(xué)結(jié)合”的校內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑以及與社會(huì)需求的“零距離”對(duì)接,促進(jìn)了就業(yè)及高技能人才培養(yǎng)硬件平臺(tái)的搭建。
4 結(jié)束語
電子信息類專業(yè)是一個(gè)工程實(shí)踐性和應(yīng)用性很強(qiáng)的專業(yè),如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的應(yīng)用型創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐能力是目前教育教學(xué)所面臨的主要問題。為提高電子信息類學(xué)生的市場適應(yīng)能力及就業(yè)競爭力,高校在構(gòu)建高技能人才培養(yǎng)模式、優(yōu)化實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)方案的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)全面調(diào)整和改革教學(xué)形式與教學(xué)手段,強(qiáng)化創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)教育。項(xiàng)目實(shí)施以來,在探索電子信息類大學(xué)生應(yīng)用型人才創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)方面取得了顯著成效,為學(xué)校人才培養(yǎng)和教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高發(fā)揮了重要、積極的推動(dòng)作用,在省內(nèi)院校產(chǎn)生了良好的示范、輻射作用。

關(guān)鍵詞:人格教育;高中歷史;教學(xué)實(shí)踐
隨著歷史課程改革的進(jìn)一步推進(jìn),越來越多高校在教育教學(xué)中貫徹落實(shí)新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將歷史教學(xué)中的人格教育凸顯到了一個(gè)重要的位置。
一、創(chuàng)新教學(xué)模式
我們?cè)诟咧袣v史課堂上需要做的工作是“舊曲新唱”,所謂“舊曲”也就是說我們的史實(shí)是基本不變的,是經(jīng)受過時(shí)間考驗(yàn)的;至于“新唱”,也就是指將教育方式方法進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,采用新點(diǎn)子、新思路迎合教育發(fā)展。筆者曾經(jīng)觀摩過北京師范大學(xué)附屬中學(xué)袁騰飛老師的課堂,學(xué)生反應(yīng)熱烈,這足以表現(xiàn)出對(duì)袁老師上課模式的喜愛。在知識(shí)點(diǎn)相同的情況下,袁老師能夠用自身的歷史功底對(duì)學(xué)生循循善誘,用風(fēng)趣的語言去感染學(xué)生。這讓每一名高中歷史教師看到了新課改中歷史課的前景,也看到了過去我們教育教學(xué)方式的固化、僵化和陳舊化。因此,創(chuàng)新教育模式是每一位歷史教師應(yīng)當(dāng)思考的問題。
德國教育家齊勒爾和賴因在赫爾巴特四段教學(xué)模式的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了五段教學(xué)法,可以讓教師更直觀、更全面地掌握整個(gè)課堂,使其制訂的教學(xué)計(jì)劃有序進(jìn)行,還能夠讓學(xué)生在短時(shí)間內(nèi)接受更多的知識(shí)。教師滿堂灌是完全不可取的,但當(dāng)前教育界鼓吹的所謂“學(xué)案教學(xué)法”“元認(rèn)知法”“研究型學(xué)習(xí)”等,呼吁讓學(xué)生反客為主,自己獲取知識(shí),教師僅用答疑的方式進(jìn)行教育教學(xué)的方式,筆者認(rèn)為在歷史學(xué)科教學(xué)中也是不可取的,因?yàn)闅v史學(xué)科的方法培養(yǎng)和知識(shí)建構(gòu)需要長年累月的書本知識(shí)以及大量的生活閱歷,僅僅靠學(xué)生自行探索,很容易讓學(xué)生走邪路、歪路。歷史是政治性非常強(qiáng)的一門學(xué)科,因此,歷史教師必須使課堂的走向在控制之中,讓學(xué)生跟隨自己的腳步前進(jìn),才能使人格教育理念真正付諸實(shí)踐。
二、采用多種教學(xué)方式
在傳統(tǒng)的歷史教育教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)中,教師往往將能否完整地背出、默出歷史知識(shí)和考試的具體成績當(dāng)成評(píng)價(jià)的尺度,以歷史知識(shí)掌握的程度和多少來判定學(xué)生的歷史學(xué)習(xí)能力,這樣就使教師和學(xué)生都走入了一個(gè)誤區(qū),即認(rèn)為學(xué)習(xí)歷史只要死記硬背就行。但是對(duì)待某一歷史事件的態(tài)度、情感、價(jià)值觀是三維課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中非常重要的一部分,加上高考制度改革的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,如今的高考中,有關(guān)歷史觀的考查日益增多。歷史觀是價(jià)值觀的重要組成部分,如何讓學(xué)生正確地看待歷史事件,用正確的態(tài)度來對(duì)待歷史,是當(dāng)下歷史教育非常重要的環(huán)節(jié)。
因此,隨著考試內(nèi)容的人性化,教育教學(xué)的方式也應(yīng)當(dāng)向多樣化發(fā)展。在歷史教學(xué)中對(duì)于知識(shí)與技能的評(píng)價(jià)可采用提問、作業(yè)、口試、筆試等形式,而對(duì)于情感、價(jià)值觀方面可以適當(dāng)組織歷史辯論賽、歷史小論文評(píng)比,開展與課程有關(guān)的史料的收集評(píng)比活動(dòng),發(fā)揮學(xué)生的個(gè)性特長,調(diào)動(dòng)他們積極向上、勇為人先的內(nèi)在能動(dòng)性,幫助學(xué)生形成敢于拼搏的人格品質(zhì),以推動(dòng)他們?nèi)烁竦牟粩嗤晟?,并通過該項(xiàng)方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)歷史教學(xué)培養(yǎng)健全人格的目標(biāo)。
三、增加教學(xué)內(nèi)容
首都師大教授趙亞夫先生在《歷史教學(xué)中的人格教育》中指出:“講屈原只知《離騷》名,不知《離騷》事……說到司馬遷,只有一本書,一句話的印象,談到張騫、蘇武不過陪襯絲綢之路而已……”筆者在山西某山區(qū)學(xué)校擔(dān)任歷史教師一職三年多,感受頗深。學(xué)生只知道教材與教師講授的內(nèi)容,對(duì)于人物的生平?jīng)]有更深入的了解,就是說學(xué)生對(duì)于歷史知識(shí)的掌握只是淺層次地“知其然”,而 “所以然”的部分學(xué)生卻無從知曉。一方面的原因是教材內(nèi)容上人物生平等知識(shí)點(diǎn)的匱乏,但更為重要的原因是教師工作的失職。教師應(yīng)將某一事件的來龍去脈、某一歷史人物的生平情況介紹清楚,這樣才有利于學(xué)生建構(gòu)大的歷史框架,形成完整的歷史觀。
