April Fool's Day is traditionally a day to play practical jokes on others， send people on fool's errands， and fool the unsuspecting. No one knows how this holiday began but it was thought to have originated in France.

The closest point in time that can be identified as the beginning of this tradition was in 1582， in France. New Year's was celebrated on March 25 and celebrations lasted until April 1st. When New Year's Day as changed from March 25 to January 1st in the mid-1560's by King Charles IX， there were some people who still celebrated it on April 1st and those people were called April Fools.

Pranks performed on April Fool's Day range from the simple， (such as saying， "Your shoe's untied!)， to the elaborate. Setting a roommate's alarm clock back an hour is a common gag. The news media even gets involved. For instance， a British short film once shown on April Fool's Day was a fairly detailed documentary about "spaghetti farmers" and how they harvest their crop from the spaghetti trees. Whatever the prank， the trickster usually ends it by yelling to his victim， "April Fool!"

April Fool's Day is a "for-fun-only" observance. Nobody is expected to buy gifts or to take their "significant other" out to eat in a fancy restaurant. Nobody gets off work or school. It's simply a fun little holiday， but a holiday on which one must remain forever vigilant， for he may be the next April Fool!

Each country celebrates April Fool's differently. In France， the April Fool's is called "April Fish" (Poisson d'Avril). The French fool their friends by taping a paper fish to their friends' backs and when some discovers a this trick， they yell "Poisson d'Avril!".

In England， tricks can be played only in the morning. If a trick is played on you， you are a "noodle". In Scotland， April Fools Day is 48 hours long and you are called an "April Gowk"， which is another name for a cuckoo bird. 一、 培訓(xùn)工作

參加崗前工作培訓(xùn)十天，著實讓我感受到我校在生活方面對學(xué)生的精細(xì)化管理程度，給學(xué)生曬被子，整理床鋪，搬箱子，打掃宿舍衛(wèi)生……我覺得學(xué)校能把學(xué)生的一切需求考慮的如此周全確實費(fèi)心了，所以在那幾天的工作中，我也確實感受到了兩個字“精”和“細(xì)”。培訓(xùn)的另一個收獲是教學(xué)方面，其實來這之前，我并未真正學(xué)生如何備課，如何上好課，所以在培訓(xùn)那幾天才認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)備課步驟，上課過程，聽名師講課等，這些真的給我在之后的教學(xué)工作中做了很大的鋪墊，因此，培訓(xùn)工作在每學(xué)期的開頭占有很重要的作用。

二、 教學(xué)工作

關(guān)于教育教學(xué)方面，我想從以下幾方面談一談：

1、 教研

這學(xué)期的英語教研不是很理想，沒有語數(shù)教師討論、研究的那么如火如荼，但是有特殊問題我們會拉出來進(jìn)行討論研究。印象最深的是在討論“對于不同年齡階段的學(xué)生如何進(jìn)行單詞教學(xué)”這一節(jié)，那一次的教研，對我之后的課堂教單詞提供了很大的幫助。例如三年級學(xué)生，我在教新單詞之前會創(chuàng)設(shè)一個情境，引出這個詞，然后設(shè)懸念，提起學(xué)生的興趣，讓學(xué)生自己主動提出想知道這個單詞;另一個記憶方法就是音譯法，我發(fā)現(xiàn)這個方法很適合小學(xué)生，其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是鼓勵學(xué)生動腦，發(fā)揮學(xué)生想象;四、五年級學(xué)生主要是以實物教學(xué)為主，效果很棒。所以教研活動在教學(xué)過程中還是占有很重的分量。能夠讓教師在上課之前做到心中有數(shù)。因此在接下來的一學(xué)期，希望在坐的每位老師能夠真正投入到教研活動中去，尤其是我們的教研，多向語數(shù)老師學(xué)習(xí)。

李老師一直倡導(dǎo)附小的教師從不打無準(zhǔn)備之仗。這句話從一開始我就深記心中，所以備好課的前提。在備課方面我的確學(xué)到了不少，從一開始的束手無策，無從下手到現(xiàn)在的備教材、備學(xué)生、備方法，我都能一一做到。英語在備課過程中不光是老師熟悉教材，更是要掌握好每個詞的發(fā)音、重讀與弱讀，句子的升降調(diào)等，這些都是在備課過程中藥解決的問題。小學(xué)生不涉及課堂上的延伸問題，但是我們英語老師的書中都標(biāo)有一些相關(guān)聯(lián)的詞組、句子，這些也是課外的一種學(xué)習(xí)，因此，在備課過程中，對于我來說也是一種學(xué)習(xí)，增長知識的過程。

3、 講課

小學(xué)英語課堂沒有語數(shù)課堂顯得那么緊張，嚴(yán)肅，它的目的在于提高學(xué)生歇息英語的興趣，讓學(xué)生感到生活中有英語，英語中有生活，其實，英語教學(xué)有種隨意性，意旨學(xué)生沒有必要全記下教師上課所授的全部內(nèi)容，只要求他們先暫時記住對自己有幫助，有實際意義的句子、話語。例如，五年級學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)月份那一單元，我并未要求他們?nèi)涀?2個月份的讀法，而是要求他們先記住自己的生日的那一個月份，有能力的一部分學(xué)生能接受12月份的全部讀法，這樣他們每個人都敢開口說月份這些詞，我覺得那節(jié)課很成功，學(xué)生們也很輕松地接受新知識;還有一節(jié)是關(guān)于動物的一些詞，這堂課的內(nèi)容是學(xué)生們感興趣的話題，所以課上的每個學(xué)生都很認(rèn)真，富有激情，很有用心，因此那節(jié)課的效率很高?？傊?，英語課堂，也就是王校長所說的，老師盡量不要多講，把課堂真正還給學(xué)生，讓學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)，同桌讀，小組讀，小組比賽等等，來激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣。另一個課堂上的重要環(huán)節(jié)——組織性教學(xué)，在這方面英語教師缺乏經(jīng)驗，沒有很好的組織能力，這也是我這學(xué)期的遺憾，所以希望在下學(xué)期的英語課堂上力求做到活而不亂，并且多學(xué)習(xí)。

4、 聽 評課

這一學(xué)期，英語組共進(jìn)行了三次聽評課，另外，學(xué)校組織聽評六年級教師的課，感受最深的是張清華老師的那節(jié)課——我最喜歡的一句名言，她的課真的是親切、自然，看似平淡，卻略顯功底和智慧，就教學(xué)效果而言，我覺得學(xué)生在課堂上學(xué)到的顯然不僅僅是知識、方法、技能，更是生活、習(xí)慣、態(tài)度，特別是最后一環(huán)節(jié)學(xué)生動手制作書簽贈送給朋友，此刻課堂顯得溫馨，和諧又感人。之后我們英語組在交流過程中，大家都有同感。我們深知自己教學(xué)能力的不足，應(yīng)該多學(xué)習(xí)如何組織課堂，如何和學(xué)生溝通，如何營造輕松學(xué)習(xí)的氛圍。那次聽課讓我感觸很深，每位教師都有自己獨(dú)特的講課方式，比如，李美麗老師習(xí)慣多鼓勵，多表揚(yáng)學(xué)生，時刻讓學(xué)生保持上進(jìn)心，給予他們肯定，這點(diǎn)在我的課上就明顯缺少，所以我覺得像我一樣沒有經(jīng)驗的老師要不斷學(xué)習(xí)，不斷創(chuàng)新，學(xué)習(xí)別人的優(yōu)亮點(diǎn)。

三、 值班

我想每個人深知附小的值班制度，包括我們剛開學(xué)時學(xué)習(xí)，測驗值班制度，其目的在于每個人必須明確值班規(guī)定的每條每款，吃透每個細(xì)節(jié)，值班的重要性遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于上課，這點(diǎn)我時刻提醒自己，所以一學(xué)期以來值班我從來不遲到，當(dāng)然也未曾有過無故缺勤。

白天值大班，看似在外面轉(zhuǎn)悠，其實心里不能放松一下，白天值班比晚上值班更緊張，因為下學(xué)生比較散，必須時刻注意學(xué)生的安全、衛(wèi)生，所以我值兩天班下來真的是全身心很累很累。晚上宿舍值班，首先我每次都是提前幾分鐘到崗，檢查每個宿舍的水溫是否適中，接下來是學(xué)生洗漱、睡覺，這期間更是要眼盯緊，講安全，尤其是學(xué)生上下床時，叮囑學(xué)生手抓緊，腳踩穩(wěn)，上床后上鋪學(xué)生一定不能站立，總之，值班的每天晚上都要強(qiáng)調(diào)安全，這點(diǎn)必不可少。值班制度的28條規(guī)定，我時不時拿出來看看，生怕自己有疏忽，不過還好，一學(xué)期下來，學(xué)生買都安安全全，平平安安。從值班這方面來說，我覺得自己的責(zé)任心增長了不少，耐心也是與日俱增，以前的我根本不去做瑣碎的事，現(xiàn)在我學(xué)會了享受這個過程，凡事用心、精心，結(jié)果就會轉(zhuǎn)變。

四、 關(guān)愛

談關(guān)愛，在我眼里附小的每位老師都如慈母，人人都顆仁愛之心——學(xué)習(xí)上是學(xué)生們的良師，生活上是學(xué)生們的益友。記得那是開學(xué)不久，天氣有點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)涼那時，某天早晨的晨會上，杜鵑老師的一句話深深打動了我，事情是這樣的：她的班跑完操過來，張老師看見杜鵑老師把她的長袖打在胳膊上不穿，便問這么冷怎么有衣服不穿?大家知道她是怎樣回答的嗎?或許連她自己也記不清了，她是這樣說的：早上我忘了提醒學(xué)生穿衣服了，心里過意不去，就和他們一起凍著。就一句 “心里過意不去”如此簡單的話語就這么感動了，我一學(xué)期，這是我親眼目睹，親耳聆聽到的。所以每周放假之前交的關(guān)愛反饋，我感覺這是對自己的一種檢查，也是時時提醒自己的一種方式，時刻關(guān)愛學(xué)生，因為每個孩子都是父母編織的最美麗的夢，學(xué)生離開父母，需要我們來填補(bǔ)這里的空缺，不管是在學(xué)習(xí)上還是在生活上，教師的一個眼神，一個動作都能溫暖他們，所以在附小別讓關(guān)心停下腳步，老師每天一句關(guān)心的話語絕對是他們學(xué)習(xí)、生活的動力，有時，控制一下自己的情緒，事情也會過去，就是王校長經(jīng)常說的一句話：“動動腦子，辦法總會有的”，愛學(xué)生，也是愛自己的一種體現(xiàn)，因此教師們，點(diǎn)亮自己心中那盞不滅的燈，照亮每個學(xué)生的心門。

五、 接送

“凡事安全第一”這是每個位人父母的心愿，當(dāng)然也是我們每個教師的心中所想，因此接送問題在我校是重中之重的工作，學(xué)習(xí)接送制度、開接送會議、檢測接送教師等等，這些足以證明接送的重要性。我這學(xué)期接的是1路學(xué)生，也是我校接送路程最遠(yuǎn)的學(xué)生。每到放假那天，學(xué)生都比較興奮，但我們老師并沒有放松警惕，找路牌，點(diǎn)人數(shù)，講紀(jì)律，講安全，講禮貌等等，包括在車上的紀(jì)律，下車后在村里的紀(jì)律、禮貌、安全……目前學(xué)生后能自覺做到這些，按時按點(diǎn)等車，按順序上車，這些都是每個老師在班里辛苦教導(dǎo)，不厭其煩強(qiáng)調(diào)的結(jié)晶，那作為他們的接送老師，首先我自己遵守著諾言，自覺配合所有接送工作，也順利完成了一學(xué)期的接送任務(wù)，現(xiàn)在我可以問心無愧地說：“我保證了1路每個學(xué)生的安全。

六、 元旦節(jié)目

XX年的元旦英語節(jié)目，不管那天演出質(zhì)量如何，我想說我盡力了。因為學(xué)生的配合，老師的辛苦，人人看在眼里，所以我覺得學(xué)生們都很棒，很有能力。盡管在排練過程中發(fā)生過一些不愉快，但我知道所有人都是善意的，都是朝著同一個目標(biāo)在努力著，那段時間的練習(xí)每個人都很辛苦很累，一個單詞一個單詞的發(fā)音，再串成一個長句子，最后再要唱出來，現(xiàn)在想想仿佛發(fā)生在昨天，歷歷在目，學(xué)生們的努力配合，老師們的恨鐵不成鋼，所都的所有的歡笑與淚水，唯有我們自己深知。所以元旦過后，學(xué)生們的表演，我的評價是很棒，原因之一是想肯定學(xué)英語的這些學(xué)生，二是想安慰撫慰每個辛苦的老師。英語和國語就是不一樣，加之學(xué)生們年齡小，理解能力有限，有時語言的轉(zhuǎn)變對他們來說很迷茫，但他們每個人都盡力往前趕追上老師的腳步，我把他們的努力也一一記在了心上，相信這樣下去再來年的六一學(xué)生們會更上一層樓。

七、 學(xué)期感受

綜上所述，一學(xué)期的所有任務(wù)圓滿結(jié)束。對于我自己如釋重負(fù)、感慨萬千!在此過程中，改變了不少：學(xué)會了服從，嘗到了教學(xué)的苦與樂，也感受到了這個大家庭中所有人的努力與互助。不管怎樣，大家都是兢兢業(yè)業(yè)地一步一個腳印地走了過來，這半年里，我也在一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)地改變著，充實著、忙碌著。有時感覺身心疲憊，許多事心有余而力不足，但我不愿比別人差，我相信自己可以堅持，可以比別人強(qiáng)，任何事，相信自己，努力了，就一定行!雖然在此途中，也曾迷茫過，犯錯過，但我一一改過，所有我覺得出了錯不要緊，關(guān)鍵是意識到錯誤，不要再讓它再次來敲門。將近5個月的時間，一路磕磕碰碰，絲毫不敢放松，加緊腳步，分秒不敢怠慢。暮然回首，事事歷歷在目，記憶猶新，許多個不同凡響，眾多個不容易，無數(shù)次的歡笑與淚水，匯成了“五彩紛呈”的生活。

最后，我想說青春路上如果沒有逆風(fēng)和暗礁，人生或許太平淡了，所以希望大家在今后的日子里不要懼怕困難，大膽、勇敢地迎接每一個挑戰(zhàn)，每天創(chuàng)新一點(diǎn)，就不會一直重播著昨天，應(yīng)該用你的信心，你的愛心，你的熱情，你的個性去活化自己的課堂，感染每個學(xué)生。

Mr.King's dream of all men created equal is mine too.When I hear his speech,I come to know thatI have the same dream that people should work together and live together like brothers.Nobody will take advantage of others,with less work but more income.But no,Mr King's dream remains as a dream even after so many decades since he left us.Look,people who have more houses want to keep them all for themselves,although there are so many people who do not even have a room to stay in.On the other hand,many people ,who have nothing,do not want to work harder to earn something on their own.They just complain that all men are not created equal.

So,if we look close at human beings,we will realize that Mr.King's dream will be a dream for a long,long time.Still,I admire him because at least he has a great dream,which is leading many people to treat others better.
