摘  要：隨著我國改革開放的不斷深入，英語的重要性已逐步凸現(xiàn)在各個方面。中職生學(xué)英語的重要性和必要性已得到社會各界的廣泛認(rèn)同。在整個中職教育中英語占有重要的地位。然現(xiàn)實情況并非如此，英語幾乎成了中職學(xué)校師生最為頭疼的一門學(xué)科。尤其是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性不高、效果差這一現(xiàn)實情況始終困擾著廣大師生。教師們不免感嘆：為什么我們教的越來越累，學(xué)生學(xué)的越來越差？

關(guān)鍵詞：英語教學(xué)；中職英語；問題

一、當(dāng)前中職英語教學(xué)存在的問題

（一）中職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)不明確，學(xué)習(xí)動機不足

在課堂中，學(xué)生玩手機、竊竊私語、看課外書等現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生。學(xué)生對英語學(xué)習(xí)不重視，得過且過，不會積極主動的學(xué)習(xí)英語。筆者認(rèn)為出現(xiàn)這一現(xiàn)象的原因是：一些中職生一方面學(xué)習(xí)目的不明確，對自己的期望值不高，但又不想放棄讀書機會；另一方面又受社會上“讀書無用論”影響，想放棄讀書，自己到社會上掙錢；一些中職生可能經(jīng)過屢次考試失敗，再加上老師、父母對自己的指責(zé)，認(rèn)為自己不適合讀書，于是學(xué)習(xí)動機不足。

（二）中職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)很薄弱，英語學(xué)習(xí)能力低下

好多中職生入校時英語基礎(chǔ)差，底子薄，學(xué)習(xí)跟不上，越學(xué)越差，形成惡性循環(huán)。學(xué)習(xí)活動時思維遲緩，情緒消極。很多學(xué)生初中甚至小學(xué)時就沒養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、沒有掌握正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法，致使學(xué)生對英語學(xué)習(xí)走進(jìn)死胡同，喪失自信，進(jìn)而更加厭惡學(xué)習(xí)甚至拒絕學(xué)習(xí)。

（三）教師教學(xué)手法單一，難以激勵學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)熱情

在中職學(xué)校，英語教師的知識水平和教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)能力參差不齊，教師對外界信息量接受少，教學(xué)觀念陳舊、教學(xué)思想落后。教師普遍感到難以組織好教學(xué)，但找不到適合中職生的教學(xué)方法。英語教學(xué)方法簡單、枯燥、手段滯后。教師片面強調(diào)灌輸知識，理論和實踐掛不上鉤，脫離生產(chǎn)和生活。教學(xué)評價過于單一?？陀^上造成一些學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣大減。

二、如何能使能使學(xué)生愛上英語

（一）教師幫助學(xué)生激發(fā)英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣

1、幫助學(xué)生對其英語學(xué)習(xí)失敗進(jìn)行正確的歸因。根據(jù)歸因和自我效能感理論，如果將失敗歸因于不努力，則會對未來產(chǎn)生較高的預(yù)期，成功有望。教師應(yīng)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生正確的歸因方法，使學(xué)生對自己的失敗有一個清楚的認(rèn)識。其次，幫助學(xué)生明確學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)，提高其對學(xué)習(xí)動機的自我意識水平，中職生中相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)目的不明確，無從自我激發(fā)。教師可以幫助學(xué)生根據(jù)自身情況，為學(xué)生制定一項近期目標(biāo)和長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)。這樣就可以使學(xué)生有那種跳一跳就能夠著果子的感覺，然后再逐步強化中職學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機，培養(yǎng)他們對英語的興趣。最后，教師們應(yīng)盡可能發(fā)現(xiàn)他們身上的閃光點，鼓勵學(xué)生，樹立信心。

2、教師盡可能多的創(chuàng)設(shè)英語學(xué)習(xí)情境，激發(fā)學(xué)生的認(rèn)知好奇心。動機的產(chǎn)生受兩種因素的共同影響：內(nèi)因與外因。教師不妨先創(chuàng)造英語學(xué)習(xí)的外因，在學(xué)校里創(chuàng)設(shè)英語學(xué)習(xí)情景，增大信息輸入量，刺激學(xué)生的多種感官，使學(xué)生置身于濃厚的英語氛圍中。課堂教學(xué)中，教師要針對中職學(xué)生的實際情況，突出現(xiàn)代職教的特點，注重實用性知識的教學(xué)并充分體現(xiàn)專業(yè)特色。教師在教學(xué)過程中可適當(dāng)補充與課文相關(guān)的，同時也要與學(xué)生的實際生活相聯(lián)系的話題。使學(xué)生積極參與教學(xué)過程，提高英語學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

3、緊扣社會實踐，整合教學(xué)內(nèi)容。在英語教學(xué)中，教師應(yīng)結(jié)合學(xué)生的生活實際，合理利用、拓展教材，積極開發(fā)電視、書刊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息等豐富的教學(xué)資源，組織學(xué)生開展多彩的英語課內(nèi)外活動，以喚起學(xué)生積極參與英語學(xué)習(xí)活動的熱情。

 （二）教師須成為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的楷模

教師是教育的關(guān)鍵。是教師義不容辭的責(zé)任是培養(yǎng)、提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機。當(dāng)然，教師首先須學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)。一位好教師僅具備專業(yè)知識是不夠的，他還須具備豐富的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗和學(xué)習(xí)能力。面對知識生成和更新不斷加快的現(xiàn)代社會，教師不僅須具備勝人一籌的學(xué)習(xí)能力，始終保持知識優(yōu)勢。而且還須有真知灼見。這就要求教師能博采眾長，學(xué)無止境。否則，就難以激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機，也達(dá)不到較好的教學(xué)效果。

（三）創(chuàng)建和諧師生關(guān)系，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機

越來越多的教育心理學(xué)家認(rèn)為：幫助學(xué)習(xí)落后、學(xué)習(xí)動機缺乏者最好的辦法是情感教育。如果教師對這些學(xué)生采取冷漠態(tài)度，他們就會自暴自棄、厭學(xué)棄學(xué)。反之，教師不歧視、不冷淡，做學(xué)生的良師益友。他們則會親其師，信其道，努力學(xué)習(xí)以報師恩。因此，教師應(yīng)多關(guān)心學(xué)生，與他們多接觸、多了解，以此來高他們學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。

（四）采用分層教學(xué)，進(jìn)行多元評價
