Abstract：Withthedevelopmentofthetheoryoffreeradicals,researchonexerciseandfreeradicalshasbecomeanimportantquestioninthefieldofsportsmedicineorbiology.Internationallearnersconcernedhavestudiedtherelationshipbetweenendogenousfreeradicalmetabolismandexerciseandantioxidants.Theyhavealseresearchedexercise-inducedadaptationofantioxidantscapacity.Thispurposeofthisarticleistoreviewbrieflythenewstudiesinthisfield.
