不是一個很適當?shù)娜?。當然具有慧眼的廠長在開始的幾天里就斷言我的諸多缺陷，比如說不夠力。同在搬運的都能一次性的搬起四個以上的花滿月，而我很遺憾的只能是一個;這樣的失敗，在幾個所謂的裝車高手看來顯得很不力，覺得人事部請來的是個垃圾，連搬五箱都不會。當初被眾人奚落以及玩弄了一番，覺得特別無奈。不過很快就進步了，現(xiàn)在大嶸華都能提六箱。不過這樣的進步讓我覺得自己在很附庸和很弱智，唯一的證明就是原來自己原來也不缺乏做搬運的資質(zhì)，也就是說我也能搬。但我深諳如此的低俗的體力提升長遠來說對自己并沒有怎樣大的好處，加上工作量巨大，與倉管缺乏默契，沒有任何的工作經(jīng)驗導致在工作過程當中十分十分的被動，經(jīng)常莫名其妙的受到倉管的責備。適應(yīng)工作27日來，許多時候不能揣摩管理層的旨意，工作仍然時常碰釘。當然的，當中很重要的一個原因其實是很顯而易見的就是我的身體太不健壯，剛從學校走出來，經(jīng)過兩年高三的備試，正如某同事說的不能勝任消耗大的體力勞動，因此愈做愈礙手礙腳，懵懵懂懂。

另外的一個意外是本人讀書方面。由于錄取結(jié)果不理想，所錄取的學校通知書的到來，我必須馬上辭工，返校。

我很內(nèi)疚在工作期間有幾次遲上班的表現(xiàn)，由于起居交通等等原因，迫不得已。雖然現(xiàn)象在組內(nèi)很普遍，我依然深感歉意。另外與小組內(nèi)的人缺乏交流溝通，不很合群，工作十分消極。

但是可以肯定一點，那就是我很用心做，我有時候是不會做，而決非不愿意做;能搬五箱繁華錦秋月的，我絕對搬，但是我不行;所以有時候是一邊站著等有能者搬之。無可口非，我是很蠢。

我會承諾倘若再有機會的話，我會義不容辭回來工作。很快我就要回校，專心從事自己的網(wǎng)絡(luò)工作。
