The Stability-international Journal Of Security And Development is an academic journal focused on the major issues affecting international security and development ona global scale. The journal is dedicated to analyzing and understanding threats and challenges, including armed conflict, sexual violence, weak governance, corruption, organized crime, terrorism, and more. By providing in-depth research and policy advice, it aims to promote dialogue and collaboration between academia, policy makers and practitioners.
In addition, the evolution of organized crime and terrorism and their threats to international security are discussed. The Development Cooperation section focuses on the effectiveness and challenges of international aid and cooperation projects. The study of humanitarian intervention and peacekeeping operations provides insights into post-conflict reconstruction and peace maintenance. Security sector reform explores how to improve the effectiveness and transparency of national security institutions through institutional and structural changes.
