摘要:顆粒狀糖果包裝機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)是典型的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),它不僅包括機(jī)構(gòu)的尺寸、強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì),還包括了傳動機(jī)械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)主要是針對圓臺柱狀巧克力糖的鋁箔紙包裝。設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容有三方面:設(shè)計(jì)方案設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)械手及進(jìn)出糖機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與傳動系統(tǒng)鏈設(shè)計(jì)。

機(jī)械手及進(jìn)出糖機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)是本設(shè)計(jì)功能能否執(zhí)行的靈魂,它也是本設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)之一。它要實(shí)現(xiàn)巧克力糖的輸入、折邊、抄底邊、等等功能,直到最后由輸送帶輸出。整個系統(tǒng)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)中,機(jī)械手要實(shí)現(xiàn)的是夾糖、折邊、轉(zhuǎn)送等重要功能,因此對機(jī)械手的形狀、夾緊力及轉(zhuǎn)位角度也提出了不同的設(shè)計(jì)要求,設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)械手時,也始終回繞著這幾點(diǎn)進(jìn)行。

傳動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),作為一個動作執(zhí)行系統(tǒng),動力是必不可少的,當(dāng)然對動力的傳遞系統(tǒng)也就顯得尤其重要了。系統(tǒng)功能中要實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械手轉(zhuǎn)位、送糖盤轉(zhuǎn)位、供紙、剪紙、抄紙、接糖、頂糖及撥糖等功能,它們都需要不同大小的動力,這就需要傳動系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)。如在機(jī)械手的轉(zhuǎn)位功能中,為實(shí)現(xiàn)間歇的轉(zhuǎn)位功能就得通過傳動鏈中的槽輪機(jī)構(gòu)來實(shí)現(xiàn),該機(jī)構(gòu)要保證機(jī)械手在轉(zhuǎn)到位后,有一定的停留時間,從而為頂糖、接糖及撥糖功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供必要的機(jī)械動作執(zhí)行時間。設(shè)計(jì)好的包裝機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)正常的生產(chǎn)率為120r/min,且其生產(chǎn)率可在70~130r/min.

System,motiveisnecessary.Certainlyitisparticularlyimportantofthepowertransmissionsystem.Inthesystemfunction,itmustrealizemovingthemachinehand,movingthesugardish,providingthepaper,cuttingpaper,curling,connectingthesugar,crestthesugaranddialingthesugaretc.Allthesefunctionsneedthedifferentpower.Itcanbecontrolledwiththetransmissionsystem.Suchasthefunctionofturningmachinehand,forrealizingafunctionofintermittentturningitneedsthesheaveofthetransmissiontoregulate.Afterthemachineturnedtheassuranceposition,themechanismwantstohavecertainlystopovertime,itcantakeenoughtimetocrestsugar,connectthesugaranddialsugar.Thetransmissionsystemstillguaranteedthenormalrateofproductionofpackerto120r/min.Atthesametimeitcanbecontrolledtherateofproductionat70~130r/min.

設(shè)計(jì)要求:把已加工成型的圓臺狀巧克力糖用鋁箔紙包裹起來,并逐個輸出,巧克力糖的形狀尺寸大小如圖。且保證其加工速度為120塊/min,可調(diào)范圍70—130塊/min。能量220V交流電。

建立黑箱操作指令未包裝圓臺形巧克力糖220V振動噪聲顯示已包裝好的巧克力糖環(huán)境黑箱(糖果包裝機(jī))

功能分解輸入鋁箔紙送糖盤機(jī)械手輸出剪紙抄紙接糖頂糖轉(zhuǎn)位撥糖
