一、《組畫》對中國藝術(shù)界的影響

作為中國“百名人才引進(jìn)計劃”中的一員的陳丹青先生，當(dāng)年受聘為清華大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。

1980年以《組畫》而名聲大噪，被中國同仁認(rèn)為是當(dāng)時最具才智的青年油畫家，甚至許多人直至今日仍有“丹青情結(jié)”。陳丹青描繪藏民日常生活中很普通，很不起眼的―個角落，《組畫》對當(dāng)時畫壇的文學(xué)性和主題性創(chuàng)作模式是一種極大的沖擊，而陳丹青相對熟練的寫實能力及向歐洲溯源的油畫語言令沉醉于技法的同道們佩服不已。

二、從陳丹青出國前、后分析其繪畫藝術(shù)

陳丹青的繪畫藝術(shù)可以從出國前、出國后這兩個部分來加以分析：

1.出國前的繪畫藝術(shù)

這一部分的作品，最突出的特點表現(xiàn)在“繪畫性”上，也就是對繪畫的直接體驗上，這種繪畫的直接性表現(xiàn)在觀察、重視對客觀事物的直接感受。陳丹青從事藝術(shù)基本上走的是一條自學(xué)的道路，這個經(jīng)歷決定了他沒有接觸到當(dāng)時受蘇聯(lián)影響很大的學(xué)院派程式化的訓(xùn)練方法，再加上他天生的對古典油畫審美經(jīng)驗的歸屬感。使他能較早地排除學(xué)院派概念化的程式，體味到古典大師們“畫眼睛只把它當(dāng)眼睛來畫，畫鼻子只把它當(dāng)鼻子來畫……”的樸素單純的寫生體驗。

2.出國后的繪畫藝術(shù)

如果說在《組畫》中陳丹青的審美真實，實現(xiàn)了對概念化審美的突破的話，那么，自八十年代后期，中國更多的是呈現(xiàn)出一種對于現(xiàn)實生活近距離的個人感悟。

在這期間陳先生在紐約雖然畫了很多油畫作品，技法上有了很大變化，但只是風(fēng)格更精致化、技法更寫實化了。陳丹青沒有停止過對繪畫藝術(shù)的思考，也沒有走上商業(yè)繪畫的道路，同時，他也感受到巨大的困惑與痛苦。這種困惑與痛苦是一個曾經(jīng)對“繪畫”充滿了自信的人在傳統(tǒng)繪畫正在失去尊嚴(yán)時的困惑與痛苦，對一個堅持現(xiàn)實主義創(chuàng)作的油畫家而言，長期處在紐約這樣一個現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)之都，比起國內(nèi)繪畫界的同行來說感觸的可能更深。

三、傳統(tǒng)派、前衛(wèi)派對陳丹青的角色期待

而當(dāng)時，國內(nèi)藝術(shù)界正處于所謂“在朝”與“在野”或“前衛(wèi)”與“傳統(tǒng)”的陣營之分。這種劃分可能也不完全能用“架上”與“非架上”或“繪畫性”與“觀念性”涵蓋。各派似乎都按照各自的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)定了―個“角色期待”來“規(guī)定”紐約歸來的陳丹青。這是一件頗有意味的事情。下面我們著重看一下矛盾最為尖銳的兩個派別的期待：

“傳統(tǒng)派”的角色期待，大體上反映了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)油畫界的一些問題與現(xiàn)狀。八十年代初期。在突破“”時期僵化的美學(xué)概念上，油畫曾經(jīng)起到過很大的作用，也曾經(jīng)產(chǎn)生過很多“熱點”，但是這種意義可能更多地體現(xiàn)在“題材”的突破上。對于油畫語言自身而言，作為一種對概念化的“典型”美學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，它自然會向古典技術(shù)美學(xué)回歸，繼而產(chǎn)生了在八十年代后期的復(fù)古主義。而剛剛從紐約歸來的陳丹青，成為了“傳統(tǒng)派”畫家的期待角色。

由于油畫曾經(jīng)作為某種革命與進(jìn)步的象征對我們的社會生活產(chǎn)生過巨大的影響。正因為這種在油畫技術(shù)語言上的“先天性自卑感”，我們會為在技術(shù)語言上的哪怕是一點點的突破而自我感動。正是這種純技巧上的“自我感動”被前衛(wèi)藝術(shù)家們所用，他們的“非架上性”實驗實際上是從根本上打破了傳統(tǒng)油畫通過技術(shù)進(jìn)步而達(dá)到自我完善的幻想。而另一方面，作為九十年代消費文化即時化觀、平面文化觀、代表“新銳”畫家們的觀念性繪畫實際上更像是用油彩畫的卡通畫，這也從另一個方面消解了傳統(tǒng)繪畫的“繪畫性”特質(zhì)。

強(qiáng)調(diào)傳統(tǒng)“繪畫性”的人士似乎更愿意從“繪畫性”的方面來談?wù)撽惖で嗟慕谧髌?，以及他在國外對于古典油畫的學(xué)習(xí)與研究，應(yīng)該為中國油畫史的發(fā)展繼續(xù)做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。

現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)的同行們按照一種“角色期待”來設(shè)定陳丹青，更是愿意把他變成一個“公共符號”，他現(xiàn)在稱“畫畫”是他個人的事。陳丹青的歸國對他來說“沖擊”是巨大的，對中國藝術(shù)界來說也是個不小的“沖擊”。兩種“沖擊”撞在一起而演變成的只有一句話“不合適宜”。

常規(guī)生化檢驗隨著生化儀器的更新，室內(nèi)、室間質(zhì)控普遍開展，分析中質(zhì)量控制日益得到重視，對分析前質(zhì)量控制有所忽視，而在臨床檢驗過程中有許多情況下標(biāo)本采集后得不到及時檢測，如儀器故障、試劑短缺、停水停電等等，為了了解分析前某些因素對生化指標(biāo)的影響程度，筆者對常用的13項生化指標(biāo)在不同溫度和不同時間條件下的測定結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較，現(xiàn)將結(jié)果報告如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料 隨機(jī)選取本院健康體檢者，按常規(guī)要求采血后分離血清，適當(dāng)混血后制成10 ml一例的標(biāo)本。

1.2 研究方法 將上述標(biāo)本每例分成21份，每份0.5 ml，放入Eppendorf管。1份即刻測定，其余20份分別放置在-20 ℃、4 ℃、25 ℃、37 ℃4種溫度下，并于1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h和24 h后重測。

1.3 儀器與質(zhì)控品 儀器為HITACHI7180全自動生化分析儀，RANDOX質(zhì)控品。

1.4 統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理 每個時間點的數(shù)據(jù)以 形式表示。變異百分?jǐn)?shù)與實驗室允許誤差范圍進(jìn)行比較（+表示升高，-表示降低）。

2 結(jié)果

不同溫度下的不同時間測定結(jié)果分別見表1～4。

3 討論

臨床檢驗中發(fā)生的差錯，有很多是由于分析前標(biāo)本的采集與處理不當(dāng)引起的，血標(biāo)本在離開人體以后，仍在不斷發(fā)生各種反應(yīng)，因此，存儲后的標(biāo)本，其質(zhì)量受很多因素的影響[1]。因此，做好分析前的質(zhì)量控制，是提高檢驗工作質(zhì)量的重要措施。

血液標(biāo)本在放置期間，其成分改變的因素復(fù)雜。為排除干擾因素，本文使用分離后血清進(jìn)行比較。從表1-表4結(jié)果可以看出，總體趨勢是隨著保存溫度的升高及保存時間的延長，各項目的變化值也越大。一般變化最大者是在37 ℃放置24 h后出現(xiàn)。變化最不明顯的項目為AST、BUN，變化較明顯的有ALT、UA、CK。變化最大者為CK，放置后檢測結(jié)果升高的有UA，下降的有ALT、LDH、GLU、CR、CK。CK在25 ℃條件下保存24 h結(jié)果變化不大，而在37 ℃放置時測量值下降很快，說明CK在高溫環(huán)境下酶活性很不穩(wěn)定[2]。

我國臨床實驗室參考美國臨床實驗室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會（NCCLS）的有關(guān)規(guī)定，要求臨床實驗室應(yīng)于2 h內(nèi)分離血清測定。但有時會遇到如儀器故障、試劑短缺、停水停電等等情況，這就要求把標(biāo)本保存起來。我國有關(guān)部門要求血清在22～25 ℃保存不超過8 h，8 h內(nèi)不能完成實驗的應(yīng)置4～8 ℃保存，48 h內(nèi)不能完成實驗的，應(yīng)置-20 ℃保存[3]。這就要求實驗室要低溫保存大量的標(biāo)本。對照本次實驗結(jié)果可以看出，13個項目中除在37 ℃放置24 h后CK測定結(jié)果超出了實驗室允許范圍外，其余項目在不同溫度下保存24 h結(jié)果均未超出實驗室允許范圍，這就為更方便的保存標(biāo)本提供了實驗依據(jù)。本次研究的保存時間最長為24 h，有些項目在較低溫度條件下仍較穩(wěn)定，至于更長時間放置，其穩(wěn)定性尚需進(jìn)一步探討。
