Acta Scientiarum Polonorum technologya Alimentalia is a Polish academic journal dedicated to the field of food science and technology. This magazine is dedicated to publishing the latest research results and academic papers in food science, food engineering, food processing, food quality and safety, nutrition, and related fields. It aims to provide a platform for researchers, scholars, industry professionals, and policy makers in the field of food science to exchange and share knowledge.
The magazine covers a wide range of food science and technology topics, including but not limited to food ingredient analysis, food processing technology, food packaging, food biotechnology, food microbiology, food sensory evaluation, food regulations and standards, and sustainable development of the food industry. The magazine encourages original research and also accepts review articles to provide readers with in-depth analysis and insights into specific fields. This journal is published by the Polish Science Press and is usually published quarterly, with multiple high-quality academic papers included in each issue.
