The Review Of Austrian Economics is an academic journal devoted to the theories, methods and applications of the Austrian School of Economics. The publication of the journal reflects respect for the tradition of the Austrian School of Economics and recognition of its importance in modern economics. The Austrian School of Economics is known for its insights into market processes, capital and interest theory, business cycles, and individual decision-making.
The first objective of the journal is to promote the development and promotion of economics in Austria. This includes the publication of reinterpretations of the classical theories of the Austrian School of Economics, extensions of existing theories, and the presentation of new theories. The journal encourages scholars to explore how the theoretical framework of the Austrian School of Economics can provide new perspectives and explanations for the understanding of economic phenomena. The second objective is to promote an Austrian perspective on contemporary issues in mainstream economics. This means that the journal focuses not only on the pure theory of the Austrian school of economics, but also on its ability to analyze real-world problems.
