The main purpose of Acta Pediatrica De Mexico is to disseminate scientific evidence and information in the field of pediatrics, which is the product of original basic research, clinical research, epidemiological and social research to help generate and improve models of health care during childhood and adolescence. It is a peer-reviewed journal designed to advance perinatal medicine, pediatric research, and serve as a practical guide for pediatricians to manage health, diagnose, and treat diseases in infants, children, and adolescents. The journal seeks to publish original articles, review articles, editorials, reader letters, short newsletters, and clinical and laboratory case reports related to pediatrics, perinatal medicine, and child health.
